What you buy, what it costs, how it renews, how you cancel and when you get a refund.

Who we are

burgertobeast.com (Burger to Beast) is run by Capysoft LLC. Contact: renzo@burgertobeast.com. By buying from or using the site, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

What you buy

  • My Program (subscription): your meal plan and your workout plan, built for you. Every month, from your account, you regenerate both with your numbers at that point, and you can message me on WhatsApp with questions about your plans. If you skip a month, it doesn't carry over to the next one.
  • One-time plan: you create both plans once, with one review of each included. It doesn't include new plans every month or WhatsApp; for quick questions you can write to me from your account.

Plans are built from your answers. They're usually ready within 48 hours and, in very busy weeks, can take up to 5 days. We let you know by email (if you don't see it in your inbox, check spam or promotions), and your plans are always available in your account.

Prices and payment

My Program costs $39 a month or $199 every 6 months. The one-time plan costs $47; during a launch period it may be discounted, and the discounted price and its end date are shown on the plans page before you pay. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. Sales tax may be added where it applies. If a price changes, active subscriptions keep the price they started with.

Automatic renewal

My Program renews automatically, at the same price, at the end of each period (every month or every 6 months, depending on what you chose), and is charged to the same payment method until you cancel. You'll see the renewal price and period before you pay. The one-time plan doesn't renew.

Cancellation

You cancel whenever you want from your account, no need to email anyone. There's no contract. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for (one month or six) and you keep the plans you already got.

Refunds

  • One-time plan: full refund if you ask within 14 days of buying and you haven't created a plan yet. Once a plan has been created for you, there's no refund.
  • My Program: no partial refunds for the unused part of a period. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

To ask for a refund, email renzo@burgertobeast.com from the email you bought with. The money goes back to the same payment method; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank. Any consumer rights your state gives you that can't be waived still apply.

Your health: read this before you start

  • The plans are for people 18 and over.
  • Renzo Burga, who created the method, is not a doctor, a registered dietitian or a certified trainer. The plans adapt the method that worked for him to your answers. They're educational content: not medical advice, a prescription, a diagnosis or a treatment, and they don't replace your doctor.
  • Talk to your doctor before you start if you have diabetes, kidney or heart disease, a history of eating disorders or any other health condition, if you take medication, or if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Answer the questionnaires with real data. If something hurts or you feel unwell, stop and see a professional.
  • Renzo's results (from 326 to 190 lbs in about two years) are his own. They're not typical and they're not a promise. Yours depend on your body, your health and your consistency. The same goes for anything a buyer writes about their own results.

Using the plans and the content

Your plans are for your personal use: don't resell or publish them. The text, photos, plans and materials on the site belong to Capysoft LLC and can't be copied or distributed without permission.

WhatsApp

The My Program WhatsApp is for questions about your plans. It's not an emergency or medical service. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site and your account working at all times, but there may be interruptions. To the extent the law allows, the site and the plans are provided “as is,” and our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product in question.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. We'll email you about important changes before your next renewal.
